Our Showroom is located in the heart of Lucknow at 29 Vidhan Sabha Marg.Our products are shipped from here only.It acts as the physical showroom for our Existing Customers as well.
It’s not compulsory to create an account.Select the option Continue as Guest & you can place the order.
Although we recommend you to create the account by Clicking on the LOGIN/REGISTER option available at the top of the screen so that you can take advantage of our Customer panel at your finger tips like Reward points,Order Tracking or Wishlist etc. to name a few.
Currently we are providing only Normal Shipping for our Customers wherein an Order is delivered in around 5-6 working days by our courier partners.
But due to COVID-19 there can be a delay in Delivery.
We are charging Rs 70/- for Normal Shipping for Orders under Rs. 799/-
FREE SHIPPING is provided if your order is above Rs.799/-
At this time we do not offer international shipping but we accept international credit/debit cards.
We accept Online Payments via Credit/Debit cards supported by Razorpay.
COD is also available at Select Location with an additional charge of Rs.100/-
We know you can't wait to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order ships via email/sms. You can also see the current status of your order by Logging into our panel and check in ORDER HISTORY.
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, for this reason we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders.
Returns cannot be initiated due to COVID-19.
We do not offer exchanges at this time due to COVID-19.

Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will be shipped in multiple packages. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
