General Returns Policy

Products purchased on Monkeysteps.in are eligible for return within the specified return window if they are received in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or differs from their description on the product detail page.

A return will be processed under the following conditions:

1. Product Integrity:

   • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
   • The product received is different from the one ordered.

2. Original Condition:

   • The product is returned in its original condition.
   • The brand's/manufacturer's box, MRP tag, and all accessories are intact.

Our Customer Support team will contact you to address any queries before initiating a replacement.

Return Courier Charges: Return courier charges are to be borne by the customer (Rs 100/- per Kg).

Non-Eligibility for Return: In certain cases, products may not be eligible for return, including instances of buyer's remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered. Additionally, products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page cannot be returned.

Note on Color Discrepancies: Please note that the color in the photograph on the website may slightly vary due to lighting effects.

07 Day Returns & Exchange: This item is eligible for return within 07 days of delivery under the conditions of being physically damaged, having missing parts or accessories, being defective, or differing from the product description on Monkeysteps.in. Exchange for a different size or color is possible only after receiving the delivered product.

Return Process: To facilitate a successful refund or replacement, please ensure:

• Keep the item in its original condition.
• Retain the brand outer box, MRP tags, and original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items like socks/inner-wear are non-returnable due to hygiene conditions.

Product Inspection: We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to claim processing.
