Payment Terms
Payment can be made on the Website via Secured Payment Gateway powered by Razorpay.
All the payment made by the customer are subject to realisation on our Razorpay panel.
If there are payment failures or bounce payments we will not be responsible for these things.
If the payment is received on our panel (if in any case arising due to payment failures or bounce payments) then the customer order will be processed or it can be returned due to multiple payments attempts(if the customer does not wish to order further).
Shipping n Delivery
Shipping will be provided at an additional cost which may vary from time to time.Also shipping may be free under certain circumstances wherein the customer order value is exceeding certain amount which is mentioned on the website and the website will consider it automatically.
Delivery will be done by our courier partners which may take upto 5-6 working days from the date of dispatch of the product under certain conditions subject to availability of services at certain locations.
A Confirmation email will be sent regarding the dispatch of the order as the product is handed over to our courier partner.
If in any case the product is to be reverse shipped an amount of Rs 80/- per kg will be borne by the customer.
